What exactly is an AI agent?
An AI agent is an automated system that handles a specific business task on its own, like answering calls, booking appointments, or following up on leads. Unlike a basic chatbot that only replies with scripted text, an agent understands context and takes real action: it checks your calendar, sends the text, updates the record.
What is an AI Team and how does it work?
An AI Team is a group of agents deployed together and coordinated so they work as one. A caller never experiences a handoff: the Live Call Agent answers, the FAQ Agent handles questions, and the Booking Agent checks your calendar, all in one natural conversation, with your agents working together behind the scenes.
How many agents do I get and how do I choose them?
In a short strategy session we map your business and pick the agents that close your biggest gaps, so you deploy the ones that actually move the needle rather than all of them at once.
How long does setup take?
Onboarding takes 14 calendar days: discovery on days 1 to 3, build on days 3 to 7, integrations on days 7 to 12, and go-live on days 12 to 14. It is done for you, so it needs very little of your time.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
The monthly subscription covers ongoing management: monitoring, adjustments, wording updates, adding or removing agents, and a plain-language performance summary each month. Your team keeps improving instead of standing still.
What is out of scope for the monthly subscription?
The subscription does not include custom-built agents, new third-party integrations, standalone app builds, website redesigns, or one-off tasks that take more than about 3 hours in a month. Anything larger is quoted separately so there are no surprises.
What tools do your agents integrate with?
Our agents integrate with Google Calendar and Outlook, common CRM platforms, phone systems, SMS platforms, email providers, and popular booking tools. If you use something less common, tell us on the discovery call and we will confirm the fit.
Do I need any technical skills to use this?
None at all. We handle everything from setup through go-live and keep managing it after launch. You run your business, your AI team runs your front office.
What is the Chief AI Officer add-on?
The Chief AI Officer is a strategic layer that sits above your team. It gives you a monthly performance report, a quarterly roadmap, a monthly strategy call, and priority support, so your AI team is guided by strategy, not left on autopilot.
What happens after the 14-day pilot?
If the results are there, your subscription begins. If something needs adjusting first, we fix it before billing starts. You see the value before you commit.
What are the four package options?
Role packages start at $200 a month for an AI Receptionist, with setup from $300. AI Team tiers start at $250 a month for Q5 and $500 for Q12, the tier most businesses choose. The Chief AI Officer add-on is $1,000 a month. Annual prepay gets you 12 months for the price of 10 and half-price setup. Full details are on the pricing page.
What do you charge for platform costs like phone and AI usage?
No hidden markup on usage. Calls, texts and AI processing are billed at what our providers charge us, plus a flat 10% that covers card fees, currency conversion and the infrastructure that carries it. The 10% is fixed and disclosed up front: it doesn't change with your volume, and it doesn't change between customers. There are no caps and no wall to hit. Every charge is broken down for you: what you used, the provider's unit rate, the uplift and the total, available any time in your account.
Is there a contract?
After the pilot there is a 3-month minimum, then it is month to month. You can adjust your agents at any time as your business changes.
