1. What exactly is an AI agent?

An AI agent is an automated system that handles a specific job in your business, like answering missed calls, booking appointments, following up on leads, requesting reviews, or chasing overdue invoices. Unlike a basic chatbot, AI agents can hold real conversations, make decisions based on context, and take meaningful actions on your behalf. We have 44 specialized agents in our library, each built to do one job exceptionally well.

2. What is an AI Team and how does it work?

An AI Team is a coordinated group of specialized agents selected from our library of 44, deployed together to cover your entire front office. Each client selects up to 20 agents tailored to their business. Behind the scenes, agents are bundled into intelligent workflows called superagents. When a caller dials your number, they experience one seamless AI assistant, but multiple agents are working together depending on what the caller needs: one answers the call, another handles FAQs, another qualifies the lead, another books the appointment. 3. How many agents do I get and how do I choose them?

Every standard package includes up to 20 agents selected from our library of 44. Each agent capability counts as one of your 20 slots. In your strategy session, we walk you through the full library and help you identify the 15-20 agents that will have the biggest impact on your business. Most clients find it easy to fill their 20 slots once they see what is possible.

4. How long does setup take?

All standard packages include a 14-calendar-day AI Team Onboarding Period. Days 1-3 are discovery and agent selection. Days 3-7 are build and configuration. Days 7-12 are integrations and testing. Days 12-14 are go-live and handoff. Complex integrations or the Custom AI Team package may have a different timeline defined in your statement of work.

5. What does the monthly subscription cover?

The monthly subscription covers ongoing management of your entire AI team: monitoring all active agents, routine adjustments, wording and response updates, adding or removing agents within your package limit, and a monthly performance summary. Anything a reasonable person would consider standard management of an existing AI team is included at no extra charge.

6. What is out of scope for the monthly subscription?

The monthly retainer does not cover building a brand-new custom agent not in the standard library, custom third-party integrations requiring development work, app builds, website redesigns, or any single task requiring more than 3 hours of development work in a calendar month. When any of these come up, we will scope it separately and give you a clear quote before any work begins.

7. What tools do your agents integrate with?

We integrate with most popular business tools: Google Calendar, Outlook, most CRM platforms, phone systems, SMS platforms, email providers, booking tools, and more. We confirm exact compatibility in your strategy session before you commit to anything. All integration requirements are documented in your statement of work.

8. Do I need any technical skills to use this?

None at all. We handle the entire setup, configuration, integration, and testing. After go-live, you will have a clear view of what your AI team is doing. No technical knowledge is required.

9. What is the Chief AI Officer add-on?

The Chief AI Officer (CAO) is a strategic intelligence layer that sits above your AI team. It is not part of the day-to-day conversation handling. The CAO monitors your entire AI team, tracks performance across all agents, identifies gaps, and delivers monthly intelligence reports with specific optimization recommendations. It also includes a quarterly strategy roadmap, a 60-minute monthly review call, and priority support with a 2-hour response window instead of the standard 2-day response. It is available as an add-on to any standard package.

10. What happens after the 14-day pilot?

If you are seeing results, your monthly subscription starts. If anything is not working as expected, we will adjust it before billing begins. We want you to see real performance before you commit to the ongoing subscription.

11. What are the four package options?

Package 1 (AI Team Standard) is $3,000 setup and $1,000/month and includes up to 20 agents from our library of 44. Package 2 (AI Team plus Business Website) is $5,000 setup and $1,000/month and adds a professionally designed website built alongside your AI team. The Chief AI Officer add-on is an additional $1,500 setup and $1,000/month on top of either package. Package 4 (Custom AI Team) is scoped on a discovery call and is the right fit for businesses that need more than 20 agents, custom builds, multi-location deployments, or industry-specific architecture.

12. What do you charge for platform costs like phone and AI usage?

All platform costs (Telnyx for phone, ElevenLabs for voice, OpenAI for AI, Deepgram for transcription) are billed at exact cost with zero markup. You receive an itemized usage report every month so you know exactly what you are paying and why. We do not make margin on third-party services.

13. Is there a contract?

There is a 3-month minimum commitment after the 14-day pilot period, then the subscription is month-to-month. You can add or swap agents within your package at any time. All terms are documented in your service agreement before you sign anything.
