Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

This Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all QCL subscription packages, including the AI Agent Package, Website + AI Agent Package, and the Chief AI Officer Add-On.

1. How to Cancel

To cancel your QCL subscription, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date by either:

• Emailing info@quantumconnectlabs.com with your account name and a clear statement of your intent to cancel, or
• Using the cancellation option in your billing portal

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days.

2. Notice Period

A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for all cancellations. This notice period begins on the date we receive and confirm your written cancellation request.

3. Access During Notice Period

You will retain full access to your AI agents, systems, and QCL services until the end of your current paid-through billing period. Access does not end when you submit your cancellation request — it ends at the conclusion of the period you have already paid for.

4. No Refunds or Pro-Ration

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, and no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will retain access until that period ends but will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

5. 3-Month Minimum Commitment

All QCL subscriptions include an initial 3-month minimum commitment period. Cancellations submitted during the first 3 months will take effect at the end of the 3-month term. After the initial 3 months, subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

6. Data Export

Upon request, QCL will provide a data export of information relevant to your account before your access is terminated. Requests must be submitted in writing before the access termination date. We cannot recover data after access has been closed.

7. Chief AI Officer Add-On

The CAO Add-On follows the same cancellation terms as your core package. It may be cancelled independently of the core package with 30 days written notice. The $1,500 setup fee is non-refundable.

8. Upgrading After Cancellation

If you cancel and wish to return to QCL’s services at a later date, setup fees will apply again as a new client. We are always happy to welcome you back — book a strategy call to discuss your options.

9. QCL’s Right to Cancel

QCL reserves the right to terminate or suspend services with 14 days written notice in the event of:

• Non-payment (after 10-day grace period following due date)
• Material breach of our Terms and Conditions
• Use of our services in a manner that violates applicable law

In the event of QCL-initiated termination due to non-payment, no refunds will be issued for any period already billed.
