Access Your Billing Portal
Your Stripe billing portal lets you manage your subscription, update payment details, view invoices, and make changes to your plan. Sign in using the email address on your QCL account.
You will receive a secure, one-time sign-in link to your registered email address.

How do I sign in to the billing portal?
Click the “Access Billing Portal” button above. You will receive a one-time sign-in link sent to the email address associated with your QCL account. No password required.
Which email address should I use?
Use the email address you provided when you signed up for your QCL package. If you are unsure which email is on file, contact us at info@quantumconnectlabs.com.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time. Downgrades are subject to your current billing period. Contact us at info@quantumconnectlabs.com to discuss changes to your plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellations require 30 days written notice. Send your cancellation request to info@quantumconnectlabs.com or use the cancellation option in the billing portal. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I update my payment method?
Sign in to the billing portal and navigate to Payment Methods. You can add, update, or remove payment methods at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in the billing portal under Billing History. You can view and download PDF invoices for any past payment.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. QCL does not store your payment card information on our servers.
How do I add the Chief AI Officer Add-On to my plan?
The CAO Add-On is a premium addition available to active QCL subscribers. Contact us at info@quantumconnectlabs.com or book a strategy call to discuss adding it to your package. There is a $1,500 one-time setup fee plus $1,000 per month.
When is my subscription billed?
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date your subscription started. You can see your next billing date in the billing portal.
