How do I sign in to the portal?
Click any button above. Enter the email you used when subscribing. Stripe sends a one-time secure link, no password required.
I didn’t get the sign-in email. What should I do?
Check spam/junk and any email aliases you might use. If it still doesn’t arrive within a minute, email info@quantumconnectlabs.com and we’ll help.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
Yes. In the portal, open Manage subscription. You can change plans or cancel anytime. Changes take effect immediately or at the next billing date, Stripe will show the exact timing.
How do I update my card or billing details?
Choose Update payment method in the portal to add a new card and edit your billing address or company info.
Where can I find invoices and receipts?
Open View & download invoices above. You’ll see your full history and can download PDF receipts for bookkeeping.
Is the portal secure?
Yes, billing runs on Stripe’s PCI-certified infrastructure. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Can I add a Scale + Boost package after I’ve already subscribed?
Absolutely. Head to our pricing section and choose Scale +5, Scale +10, or Scale +15. It provisions instantly, no new onboarding required.
How are Boost charges billed?
Boosts are a monthly add-on to the Scale plan: Scale +5 = $59/mo, Scale +10 = $79/mo, Scale +15 = $99/mo. You can add or remove a Boost at any time.
