Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Quantum Connect Labs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and automation solutions (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or subscribing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, billed automatically each billing cycle (e.g., monthly).

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
- Messaging Usage & Fees. Subscription fees do not include SMS/MMS. Messaging is provided on a usage-based basis and is metered per message segment (long messages and non-GSM characters, including emojis, may consume multiple segments). Inbound and outbound SMS/MMS, carrier surcharges, compliance/registration fees (where applicable), and any applicable taxes are auto-rebilled by our third-party messaging provider to the payment method on file through a wallet/auto-recharge mechanism at the provider’s then-current rates. By using messaging features, you authorize such charges and agree to maintain a valid payment method with sufficient funds. You may review usage in your account. Messaging fees already incurred are non-refundable. “Message & data rates may apply.”
3. No Refund Policy
All transactions are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for subscription fees or one-time payments.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle, but no partial refunds or credits will be provided.
4. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide continuous access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Misuse the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Share or resell your subscription without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials made available through our Services remain the property of Quantum Connect Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Quantum Connect Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”

12. Cancellation Policy

Notice Required: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before your next billing date.

How to Cancel: Submit your cancellation request either (a) through your account portal (if enabled), or (b) by emailing info@quantumconnectlabs.com from the email associated with your account.

When Notice Is Deemed Received: Notices are considered received on the business day they arrive in our inbox/portal (Pacific Time). If received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays, notice is deemed received on the next business day.

Billing During Notice Period: Charges may continue during the 30-day notice window. If your next renewal date occurs within that window, one additional renewal may process, and service will remain active through the new paid-through date.

Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to the Services until the end of your paid-through date. At or after that date, access may be suspended or terminated.

No Refunds / No Proration: As stated in our No-Refund Policy, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Data Export (Optional): If applicable to your plan, you may request an export of eligible data prior to the paid-through date. Additional fees may apply.

Our Right to Cancel: We may suspend or cancel Services (i) for non-payment, (ii) for material breach of the Terms, or (iii) with 30 days’ notice for any reason. In all cases, fees already paid remain non-refundable.
13. Messaging Policy (SMS & Email)
Summary
We use SMS and email to help you book, confirm, and manage appointments. By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive service-related messages from Quantum Connect Labs. Message & data rates may apply.
- Consent

You’ll only receive messages if you’ve given us your number or contacted us first (call, form, chat, social lead form), or you’ve asked us to text/email you.

We do not buy, sell, or share opt-in lists.
- What we send

Missed-call follow-ups, booking links, confirmations, reminders, “on my way/running late,” reschedule options, review requests, and important account notices.

Frequency varies with your activity (typically 1–6 messages around each appointment).

Text STOP to end SMS at any time.

- Quiet hours

We avoid promotional messages at night. Operational messages (e.g., next-day appointment reminders) may be scheduled to arrive at reasonable hours unless you ask otherwise.
- Fees & charges

Standard carrier rates apply. Some carriers bill per segment; long or emoji-rich messages may count as multiple segments. (You won’t be charged by us for receiving a message.)
- Data & privacy

We keep messages concise and avoid sensitive information. For health-related bookings, we use operational reminders only (no medical details). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
